To the Nemenhah Pehli, that which is spiritual is also physical and that which is physical is also spiritual.

Sacred Health Ministry

During a Sacred Health Consultation, your Pehli will ask you questions regarding your spiritual and physical health using an ancient spiritual tool once employed by the Ancient Nemenhah, now restored to modern times, called the Nemenhah Medicine Wheel, which is a system of information gathering, planning, execution, and outcome evaluation based in critical decision-making and spiritual guidance.
After collecting and reviewing all information provided, and conducting further research as needed, in addition to seeking Wyaykihn (special assistance from the Pehli's guiding spirits), your Pehli will draft a sacred Sacred Health Recovery Plan specific to your needs, including:
  • General lifestyle changes and holistic nutritional recommendations.
  • Focused Medicine Wheel Meditations and/or other ritualized exercises to aid recovery and reinforce healthy patterns of daily decision-making.
  • Regular ongoing support through email correspondence and/or scheduled sessions.

Sacrament Formulation

​Essential to the practice of Nemenhah Religion is the use of Huhntsiht Medicine (sacred plant medicine) to relieve suffering and promote health, which may include the use of teas, tonics, liniments, salves, etc. Many formulas, such as the standardized tonics we keep in stock, are suitable for use in general healing ceremonies, and address sacred health within broader applications.
Often, however, a generalized approach is not sufficient to address specific sacred health needs and our Pehli are also Master Apothecaries and and may recommend what we Nemenhah refer to as a "Personal Sacrament," which is an herbal tonic specifically formulated to support your Sacred Health Recovery Plan.  Brewed and mixed individually, and never made with artificial or synthetic ingredients, these sacraments address targeted elements in the plan which may require more specific attention than simple dietary and lifestyle changes are likely to correct on their own.

Educational Workshops and Seminars

Equally as important as providing Apothecary services, our Pehli are dedicated to the general promotion of sacred health through community outreach and education.  Focusing specifically on home-based personal, family, and community health practices, our Pehli are eager to share their knowledge through seminars, lectures, and workshops upon request.
